Annunciation's Secretary is Lorraine Wicker.  

Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Lorraine recently retired from Trustmark Bank.  Her hobbies include reading, scrapbooking, and knitting, and she enjoys spending time with family and especially watching her grandchildren play baseball, soccer, and football.

Annunciation's Maintenance Associate is Jay Yarbrough.

​Born and raised in Mobile, Jay attended St. Pius X Catholic School until fourth grade when the family moved to Monroeville.  He graduated with an Associates Degree from Coastal Alabama Community College in Monroeville in 2015 with Industrial Engineering Technology and NCCER Welding Certificate.

He has one son, Gregory, who resides in Mobile, and a sister, Tori Miller, who serves as the Principal of St. Ignatius Catholic School in Mobile.  An Annunciation parishioner, Jay loves to fish and relax on the beach in his free time. Also enjoys doing all kinds of maintenance work and loves to joke around and enjoys cooking and spending time with friends.

Annunciation's Office Assistant is Marlane Buswell.  

Born in New Orleans and raised in San Pedro, Honduras and Lafayette, Louisiana, Marlane studied interior architecture at LSU and also received a secretarial diploma from Spencer Business College.  Holding a variety of positions including dental assistant, lab tech, clinic receptionist, and casino banquet server, Marlane also lived in Baton Rouge and Nashville before relocating to Monroeville.  She has a son, Samuel Hunter, who is a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Minot, North Dakota.  Marlane is parliamentarian of Annunciation's Ladies Group and she also enjoys gardening, decorating, and taking care of her dog Ace.

Annunciation's Pastor is Fr. Stephen Hellman.  Born and raised in Chicago, Father Hellman studied at Georgetown University, where he received a Bachelor’s in Philosophy in 1986. After a

career in business Fr Hellman discerned a call to the priesthood.  

After completing pre-Theology at St. Joseph’s Seminary in

St. Benedict, Louisiana and a Master's of Divinity (M.Div.) degree

at Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans, Fr. Hellman was

ordained a priest at the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Mobile, Alabama at the Vigil Mass of the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity on June 2, 2012.
